ABOUT

I work at the intersection of language, culture, and inner inquiry.

Over the years, my path has taken shape through articulating lived experience across different forms, sustained inner work, and translating the Pathwork teachings. Through these forms, I explore how emotional honesty and inner truth can gradually become something we can live from, rather than simply understand.

Rather than offering answers, my work is oriented toward accompanying a process of becoming more honest, more present, and more aligned with oneself.

How this work took form

My work did not begin as a teaching or a method. It began as a personal necessity.

At a certain point, understanding was no longer enough; I needed ways to stay with inner experience more honestly and find language that could hold emotional complexity without simplifying it. This need gradually shaped how I worked, what I studied, and the forms I was willing to engage.

Over time, translating the Pathwork lectures into Traditional Chinese became both a discipline and a mirror. The work demanded precision, patience, and a willingness to stay with inner contradictions rather than resolve them too quickly. Alongside this, different forms of articulation—writing, reflection, and later spoken exploration—became ways of integrating what I was living rather than simply explaining it.

Through these practices, I came to understand inner work not as self-improvement, but as a gradual process of learning to tell the truth inwardly, stay present with emotional reactions, and allow deeper clarity to emerge at its own pace. What I offer grows from this lived process, rather than from a predefined framework.

Where this work lives now

At present, this work takes form through a small number of interconnected spaces. Living in Love is one of the main places where I bring together reflection, practice, and extended inquiry. It grew out of my own inner work and integrates insights from Pathwork and related approaches, offering a grounded space for exploration rather than a fixed system.

Alongside this, I continue to translate and to develop ways of sharing this work publicly through language, voice, and conversation. These forms are not separate from the inner process described here; they are ways of staying in dialogue—with myself, with others, and with the questions that continue to shape this path.

This site is a place to gather these strands and make them visible. If you’re here out of curiosity, resonance, or a shared interest in inner work, you’re welcome to explore at your own pace.
